Terms of Reference of B.N.Srikrishna Committee announced

The Terms of Reference of the five member Shri Justice B.N. Srikrishna Committee constituted on 3rd February, 2010 will be the following:-

  1. To examine the situation in the State of Andhra Pradesh with reference to the demand for a separate State of Telangana as well as the demand for maintaining the present status of a united Andhra Pradesh.
  2. To review the developments in the State since its formation and their impact on the progress and development of the different regions of the State.
  3. To examine the impact of the recent developments in the State on the different sections of the people such as women, children, students, minorities, other backward classes, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
  4. To identify the key issues that must be addressed while considering the matters mentioned in items (1), (2) and (3) above.
  5. To consult all sections of the people, especially the political parties, on the aforesaid matters and elicit their views; to seek from the political parties and other organisations a range of solutions that would resolve the present difficult situation and promote the welfare of all sections of the people; to identify the optimal solutions for this purpose; and to recommend a plan of action and a road map.
  6. To consult other organisations of civil society such as industry, trade, trade unions, farmers’ organisations, women’s organisations and students’ organisations on the aforesaid matters and elicit their views with specific reference to the all round development of the different regions of the State.
  7. To make any other suggestion or recommendation that the Committee may deem appropriate.

The Committee is requested to submit its report by December 31, 2010.

    I personally out rightly rejecting 1 to 7. Nothing is acceptable to us, we want Union
    government to continue with the process of initiating the formation of Telangana. This commitee is farce.

    below I am giving the background, analysis on the recent situation/incidents in the state of AndhraPradesh and Hyderabad City.Please kindly request you to go through the below
    and verify facts on the ground and take appropriate decission/action.
    revival of Telengana movement- Background
    ===========================================
    around Late 1990′s and early this decade(2000-2010) TDP Party under the leadership of ChandraBabu Naidu was successfully driving the state towards healthy growth and
    welfare(although farmers issues are not owned and resolved by the Govt. as it should do).Congress State leadership and in Center desperate to get into power
    in AndhraPradesh bought back Telengana issue back from dearth(first time after 1969).
    a)YS.RajaShekar reddy took ownership of getting back Congress into power exploiting the 5 Years continous Draught situation and frustations of farmers.he was
    not Intrested in onboarding Telengana issue into Election manifesto.
    b)K.ChandraShekar Rao in 2001 came out of TDP party frustated with not getting Cabinet berth and ChandraBabu Naidus monopoly in the Party and Started
    dedicated Agitation party in the lines of Maoist left parties.
    c)Senior Telengana Congress leadeship very strong in Delhi pushed Central congress leadership for an alliance with TRS party in 2004 elections.YS. RajaShekar Reddy openly
    Opposed this move and was confident of wining alone on Farmers Issues and Naidu’s coporate style of governance which was new in those das in India.
    d)above aliance with Congress benifited TRS parts and K.ChandraShekar Rao and he has grown stronger and stronger then.
    e)YS Rajashekar reddy led COngress Govt sucessfully for 5 yrs in A.P and won back in 2009 with “PRO United Andhra” and Anti-Telengana slogan.with the sudden
    demise of YS. RajaShekar reddy, serious loss of Leadership in the State and exploiting weak leadership of Temporary CM Rossiah – Old Senior Telengana Leaders
    with strong links in Delhi circles and KCR Came back into active politics and planned this so called “Telengana Agitation” with huge support from Maoists and
    Naxals who are pushed back by Chidambaram’s central forces from Bengal, Chattisgadh into ANdhra forests.
    KCR and his family, Senior Telengana Congress leaders(KK, Madhu Yashki goud)in this process became stronger than ever and started taking Hyderabad and Telengana region into
    their control, they Order and rule this region like Thackrey’s of Mumbai.they Order Bandh’s and stone pelt Andhra people, Andhra businessman’s offices/businesses/cinemas,
    IT Companies.

    Key Driving Issues for Telengana State Demand
    ===============================================
    1.HYDERABAD City – is in Telengana region, KCR and telengana leaders wanted to get control on this city which has grown hunderds of times during 1990-2000.
    real estate was booming and useless lands were costing millions.Andhra realestate businessmen were more powerful during Naidu’s regime.
    2.KCR’s Satan Propoganda since last 1 decade about Telengana’s Water, Jobs and resources being robbed by Andhra region people and Influence/dominance of Andhra region
    people in Hyderabad city.
    3.KCR’s propoganda reg. Andhra region CM’s (NTR, ChandraBabu Naidu and YSR) ruling the state for most more Terms than Telengan CM’s(Chenna Reddy, Anjaiah, Vengal Rao).
    4.Control and expliot Krishna, Godavari river waters similar to current day Maharastra and Karnataka states water misuse.
    5.Hyderabad City and sorrounding region again which is source of 40% off revenues of AndhraPradesh state. Industries and Businesses in Hyderabad
    are biggest sources of election fundings for political parties.
    6.Contract’s and sub contracts on Govt. Tenders- Key for survival of corrupt political leaders and their families.Telengana Conractors are key
    source of funding for TRS and other Telengana groups.Andhra region contractors are stronger than their Telengana counter parts.Competition and fight
    for upperhand in securing Govt. contracts are Key for this whole Telengana propoganda and movement backed by the powerful Telengana Contractor mafia Groups.

    Osmania and Other Telengana Student unions Role
    ================================================
    Osmania University campus once prestigious and known for Quality of education and its bright students lost it’s glory since last 2 decades due to City students migrating
    to foreign and other prestigious universities in India. Current day Osmania university has become a Host for Students from Districts and small towns especially Nalagonda District
    (known to be very agressive).this campus breeding ground for Maoist, BJP and Telengana youth leaders.huge presence of ex-Maoist and pro-Maoist youth leaders in Osmania campus/hostels during the recent
    University incidents is clear indication of whats going on in the University.KCR’s party backed by wealthy Telengana Hyderabad based Real estate businessmen and contractors has
    got the Student unioins under their control over last 3 months luring them with Money and party positions.
    Everytime Telengana movements looses steam or telengana public response slows down ,KCR’s representatives in University organize Rallies.this campus is in the Heart of city, earlier
    Osmania students in the name of rallies attacked Andhra businessman, gas stations, superstores and commuters on the road (identifying Andhra region name plates) and created
    a war , roit like situation in Taranaka and sorrounding regions of the city.to aviod more attacks and maintain peace and calm in the City , Police doesn’t allow students taking
    Rallies into the heart of city.this is where the Famous Osmania incidents kick off attracting national media coverage which shout that situation in Hyderabad is out of control.

    Why Andhra region people oppose Telengana State
    ==================================================
    2 Key factors for opposition from Andhra people(Despite propoganda by KCR& Co, Madhu Yaskhi Goud, it’s not Andhra leader its the Andhra people who actually Oppose T-State).
    1.Water (Krishna/Godavari rivers)- Andhra region is naturally, historically well Irrigated because of the Geography.3 Major rivers Goadvari, Krishna, Tungabhadra and
    Penna rivers open Mouth in this region , they become wider here before merging with Sea.with the Water issues /fights in last few decades between Andhra-Maharastra
    and Andhra-Karnataka has caused serious concerns about upstream region states controling water going down stream.Krishna/Godavari enter A.P state through
    Telengana districts – this means Telengan state will control the waters going down stream to ANdhra region.atleast 5-6 Districts in Andhra region depend on these waters
    and farmers are scared about this thought of seprate state.

    2.Hyderabad City – Andhra region was merged with Telugu speaking districts of Hyderabad state back in 1956 by the Congress senior leaders on the basis of Linguistic states
    Andhra’s capital Kurnool was sacrificed because os this merger and Hyderbad became the Capital city of Lingiustic state AndhraPradesh.ever since 1956, Andhra region people, Kids,
    Students, unemployed, women everyone belived Hyderabad is their Capital and it’s their dream city.1980′s bought NTR into Politics and he started Telugu movement-”Telugu’s SelfRespect”
    , this movement/posture bought Telugu people more and more closer to their Capital.Raju’s and Kamma’s from Coastal Andhra and Reddy’s from Nellore and Rayalaseema started Investing
    heavily in Hyderabad City.earlier Chennai and Bangalore are preferred destinaitons for Investments, Business, Shoping, education and job searches for Andhra
    region people, this trend changed with NTR coming down to Hyderabad from Madras.Film Industry migration from Madras to Hyderabad was another key Magnet of attraction for Andhra People.this events
    bought down huge Andhra population to Hyderabad city and subsequently buying properties here.Students from Andhra region started moving to Hyderabad for coachings and employment sonce 1980′s.
    Students in Engineering and Medical colleges across Andhra region only dream about setting up Carrier and Job in Hyderabad city.This is City of dreams for Andhra people , this like Mumbai for
    Indians and NYC for Americans.Loosing Hyderabad to another state is Like loosing your Investments, Job oppurtunities and city of your dreams and hope.
    with the arrival of KCR and his Propoganda/Philosphy Hyderabad City has now become hostile for Andhra region people and looks Distant.KCR’s slogan is “Bago Andhrawalo, Jago TelenganaWalo”.
    inbetween, Engineers /doctors , other professionals and their families from Andhra region in Hyderabad city are Just Scared, suffering, taking the pain of Telengana Propoganda and
    loosing their rights in the City.

    Inspite of all the above, most of the Media continue to take Sides and reports who ever shout/agitate are Legitmate.this is the real situation on the Ground in AndhraPradesh and Hyderabad City.
    Please someone take note of the above and verify realities and protect our rights.

    Can any one from telangana is ready to answer my questions?

    1. Why do you actually need a separate state?
    2. Is there any unlawful occurrences in regard of attaining Govt./Private/moving to abroad opportunities?
    3. Why students are involved so much from the current academic year and what happended to the previous students of Telangana universities? Why they did not agitate or whether they settled in their lives or not?
    4. Hostels are universities are only to accommodate the good students, it is not absolutely a venue to create agitations or fight. The food in the campus mess are not to make them strengthen to agitate or fight.
